Description
Whether you're a beginner or a regular practitioner, come and feel good this summer with a Mont Blanc view class.
We'll take the time to connect with our breath and body through a series of postures. We'll move gently to bring mobility and awareness back into the body.
A few yoga mats will be available, but remember to bring a towel, sarong or your own mat if you have one.
Water bottle, sun cream and cap will also be your allies ;-)
A fallback solution is available in case of rain or heatwave.
