Meet at around 8:00 a.m. at the Leutaz parking lot (Megève). After a brief introduction to sled dog breeds, we’ll provide you with all the necessary information about the dog-led hike so you can fully understand the activity. We’ll also explain the personality traits of the dog that will accompany you on this hike. After a dog-sled hike lasting about 45 minutes, we’ll arrive at our alpine chalet at an altitude of 1,600 meters, in the hills above Praz-sur-Arly and Megève. We’ll settle the dogs into their pens, and then we’ll enjoy a breakfast prepared by a local restaurant (bread, butter, jam, cheese, and hot drinks) with a view of the mountains. After this light meal, it will be time to pick up your four-legged companion and head back to the parking lot. Be sure to bring hiking shoes, water, and clothing appropriate for the weather. Groups may be formed. Activity led by a state-certified musher.
