Praz sur Arly is accessible by train via two stations.
Sallanches SNCF station (17 km away): TGV/ TER Rhône-Alpes
A regular bus service runs from Sallanches station to the resort.
Timetable Line Y83: Sallanches - Praz sur Arly
Albertville SNCF station (30 km away): TGV/ TER Rhône-Alpes/ CORAIL Lunéa/Thalys
A bus service will take you to Albertville-Flumet.
Then take a cab to Flumet-Praz-sur-Arly or use line Y83.
TER bus Grenoble-> Praz sur Arly -> Chamonix
Runs ONLY on Sundays (from 05/01/25 to 01/06/25 and 31/08/25 to 07/12/2025, does not run on 20/04/25 but exceptionally on 21/04/25) and Fridays (from 10/01/25 to 06/06/25 and from 06/05/09/25 to 12/12/25; does not run on 28/05/25 but exceptionally on 30/05).
